Before you contact us

  • Confirm the chart is published, not saved as a draft.
  • Confirm the product is assigned to the intended chart.
  • Enable the SoleGauge app block on the product template.
  • Preview a product that has the chart assignment.

How recommendations work

SoleGauge publishes compact chart data to each assigned Shopify product. The storefront block reads that data and calculates the recommendation locally, without waiting for the SoleGauge application server.
